Karen & Stephanie are a mother and daughter team that fell in love with creating, designing and coordinating weddings.  Working together with Alexis Valavicius, they are creatives with the vision to pull together the wedding day you’ve imagined. 

Now that you’re engaged, the planning can be overwhelming…but bringing all the details together is their specialty from design and décor, timelines, vendor management, set-up to take-down ~ assuring not one thing is missed so you and your family can thoroughly enjoy your once in a lifetime magical day.  

They each bring a different perspective of creativity and they both crave organization. Volunteering for non-profit organizations for 10 years, Karen ran the gamut from creating, organizing and coordinating large events for hundreds of guests.  Loving what she did with non-profit special events and after coordinating weddings and private parties for family and friends with Stephanie, Karen took it to the next level and Karen Marie Events was launched. Alexis, a professional photographer who did wedding photography and wedding coordination in Cabo for 3 years, provides a creative eye from her experience on both ends of the camera.

They have designed and created unique events with a major focus on weddings.  They’ll be your go-getter, organizer, and partner in planning. Their mission is to always be there for every one of their couples and to guide you in pulling together a wedding unique to the two of you with as less stress as possible.
